Product and Service Compliance Vendors must not list or sell prohibited items, including but not limited to counterfeit goods, illegal substances, or items that violate intellectual property rights. All descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading. 4. Payments and Fees Payment terms, commission rates, and transaction fees will be specified in a separate vendor agreement or as communicated by the platform. Payments will be processed through the designated payment gateway, subject to transaction processing times. Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their sales. 5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Vendors must fulfill orders within the agreed time frame. Vendors are responsible for shipping, tracking, and handling returns (if applicable). In case of order disputes, vendors must cooperate with the platform’s resolution process. 6. Termination and Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a vendor's account if: The vendor violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activities. There are repeated customer complaints regarding poor service or product quality. The vendor fails to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. 7. Intellectual Property Rights Vendors grant Gudang Distribusi a limited license to use their brand name, logo, and product images for promotional purposes. Vendors must ensure they have the legal right to sell all listed products and that no third-party rights are infringed. 8. Liability and Indemnification Vendors are solely responsible for their products/services and any legal claims arising from them. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Gudang Distribusi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their business activities on the platform. 9.
